COVID-19 Policies

We want you to know what you can expect as we gather at The Bridge! It is our hope that we continue to keep our church family safe and healthy. Gathering under these circumstances is a very different experience for all of us, so thank you for your patience and understanding. Please read this list of precautions we’re taking to keep our community safe before joining us for weekend services and events.

Beginning the weekend of May 16 and 17, we began gathering again at our North Campus.

The Bridge holds two Sunday services at 9:15 and 11am.

Sundays with The Bridge Kids is operating as normal. Children in kindergarten and older are required to wear a mask. Temperature checks will be completed upon entering the The Bridge Kids area. If any family member registers a temperature of 100.0 or higher, the whole party will be asked to worship at home for the week.

Doors to our facility will open 20 minutes prior to each service.

To minimize the potential spread of infection, there will not be any offering buckets, water stations, or coffee.

We ask you to maintain appropriate social distancing at all times.

We realize that not everyone in our church family will be able to attend for some time. For anyone who is unable or uncomfortable, we will broadcast our services to Facebook Live. If you cannot attend Sundays, we strongly encourage you to tune in online! Sermons will be uploaded to our website and app as always.

Masks will be required in accordance with CDC guidelines for Sunday services and all events held while inside the church building. Please provide your own mask. Children under the age of 2 do not need to wear a mask. Those individuals leading or teaching from the platform have the option of removing their masks during this time.

“Is the office open on weekdays?”
The office is open during the week! However, we will attempt to limit the number of people who enter the building and we ask our guests to wear a face mask at all times while inside.

“What precautions should I take before joining a Sunday service or event?”
Please do not come if you do not feel well or if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, make sure everyone in your family has a mask, and can abide by social distancing protocols.

“Are weekday ministry events happening?”
Yes! Hide and Seek Kids, The Bridge Students, and College Life are all currently operating as usual on Wednesday evenings. We are continuing to ask all students and adults to wear face masks, regularly wash hands, and sanitize surfaces.”

“What about short term mission trips?”
We are staying in contact with our mission partners and will reschedule our short term trips for a later date.

“Who can I contact if I have concerns or further questions?”
Contact a staff member or message us on Facebook/Instagram.

“Will an exception be made for those who cannot wear masks due to health conditions?”
Unfortunately, no. For everyone’s health, if someone has an underlying health condition that would prohibit them from wearing a mask, it is recommended that they not attend large gatherings at this time.

“How can I fill out a Connection Card or give financially?”
You can access our online Connection Card here and give online here.
