Standing in Authentic Community. Submitting to Biblical Truth.
Surrendering Hearts to Jesus Christ.

6th - 12th grade

The Bridge Student Ministry serves middle school and high school students in the Ruston area. We offer weekly gatherings, small groups, and special events designed for all students.

We love Jesus, and our number one priority is seeing hearts surrendered to Him as Lord and Savior. We are passionate about creating fun environments where students can learn about Jesus, study the Bible, and build relationships with one another!

Wednesday Nights and Small Groups

Get Connected. Go Deeper.

Middle School (6th-8th grade) and High school (9th-12th)

Our Student Ministry meets at the DTC (Downtown Campus // 500 W. Georgia Ave) from 6-7:30pm every Wednesday in the school year.

Doors open at 5:30pm, so come early to play games and hang out with other students!

We begin our time worshipping together in the gym. After that, middle school heads to The Commons for their devotional while High School stays in the gym for their devotional.

We conclude our time by splitting up into our grade and gender specific small groups.

**High School students are encouraged to head to Chick-Fil-A afterwards!

If you have any questions about our Wednesday events, please email Jake Handley or Madeline Davison.

SERVANTHOOD AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING (SALT)

This optional program for high schoolers focuses on biblical literacy and accountability. SALT is an intensive discipleship training program for students who are desiring to grow deeper in their walks with Christ.

Our SALT students commit to lead within our Student Ministry by serving on a specific team during the year.

We meet every other Sunday at 6:30pm.

Why the circle?

If you notice our logo, each part of the circle is a different size, shape, and color. However, they all are equal in surface area and make up the whole. The Bridge Student Ministry is comprised of many people with diverse gifts, personalities, and backgrounds. However, because we are all made in the God's image, we possess equal dignity and worth. Together we make up the body of Christ, and every member is unique and needed.
